"Thank heavens for Thames Drains. My wife found the drains coming up in the house. After having gone to the supermarket to get some drain unblocker (sulphuric acid) which didn't work we finally resorted to calling someone out. One call to you and a van was sent to us, and it arrived damn quickly too! The drainage engineer had a look and told us what the problem was and how he was going to resolve it. He used some equipment from the van and after a bit of time (we went to have a cup of tea) he came back to tell us all was ship-shape and it was indeed a tough blockage.
