Blocked Drains in Highgate

After fixing the drain, he temporarily put a pipe for the water to evacuate outside of the drain while the cement was drying. He said he was going to come back in the morning to put the pipe back on, and he did. "Woohoo! Finally a company that sorts drainage out quick. Never thought it would happen. Previous experience made me understand that they arrive late and charge a fortune. A friend had mentioned trying Thames Drains, of which I was quite dubious, but a recommendation from a friend is good enough for me. They arrived in under 30mins! Frig! And it was 11:30pm which I thought would make them come in around 2 hours - but no. Andy arrived, found the problem, told us what it was (awesome!) and fixed it and went away. Efficient or what? "I am writing this letter to tell of the excellent service I received from Thames Drains. I found the drains were overflowing into my cellar and got your number from a friend. I rang your company and spoke to Sarah who told me they would send someone out immediately. When they arrived they told me that my drains were blocked. I had become quite distressed due to the smelly nature of the outside of my house. They took some time to calm my fears and brought some equipment from the van and jetted the drains. I don't really know what's going on technically but I was reassured by the manner of their work that they could take care of it. Within a short time a man came to tell me that everything had been fixed and there were no more problems.
