"I am writing this letter to tell of the excellent service I received from Thames Drains. I found the drains were overflowing into my cellar and got your number from a friend. I rang your company and spoke to Sarah who told me they would send someone out immediately. When they arrived they told me that my drains were blocked. I had become quite distressed due to the smelly nature of the outside of my house. They took some time to calm my fears and brought some equipment from the van and jetted the drains. I don't really know what's going on technically but I was reassured by the manner of their work that they could take care of it. Within a short time a man came to tell me that everything had been fixed and there were no more problems. I wanted to write this letter to praise the services because you really looked after me and I wanted to say thank you."
