Came home - kitchen awash with raw sewage. First tried Able Plumbers
(Should be called 'UnAble') who said they would come within 2 hours. 4
hours later, no one arrived. More raw sewage coming up through pipes.

"I am writing this letter to tell of the excellent service I received from Thames Drains. I found the drains were overflowing into my cellar and got your number from a friend. I rang your company and spoke to Sarah who told me they would send someone out immediately. When they arrived they told me that my drains were blocked. I had become quite distressed due to the smelly nature of the outside of my house. They took some time to calm my fears and brought some equipment from the van and jetted the drains.
