"I write this letter to thank you for a helpful and efficient service when my drains under the garden became blocked. Your men arrived promptly and did some prelimary investigation to find the place where the problem was. It appears that the problem stemmed from a time when we a new large area of paving we put in. We will be calling the paver back to see if it can be better planned out. Your guys quickly find the problem and put in a temporary fix, as best they could without taking up all the work that the paver had done.
