Since I found out that putting caustic soda down my drains to try an unblock them is not particularly effective and over time might damage the drain itself I thought it was best to call in a company. I have a family friend that used you and said that you were very good. So I called and whilst I was initally sceptical it turned out to be an absolute delight. The man that arrive was very handsome. Well seriously, he told me what it was and how he was going to sort it out and I let him get on with it. He was very curteous to me, and I'm a female, and a bit nervous of having tradesmen around being home alone. Couldn't be happier because now there's no mess backing up and it's all right again. "My fears of drains started when they began to smell. My husband said that they were 'slow flowing drains' and they needed something doing to get them right again. A friend had used Thames Drains and had said good things so I called and they came at a pre-arranged time, after I had finished work.
