Blocked drains in Uxbridge?

I am writing this letter to tell you how delighted I am with the service provided by your company. I dutily phoned to report a problem that had been affilcting my drains for more than a week. I had originally put it off hoping that it would fix itself but this proved to be fruitless. I spoke to a very curteous young lady who informed me that a engineer would be with me quickly.
