"Wow I didn't expect their to be a drainage company out there that really takes care of their customers. We can highly recommend Thames Drains and their staff, in particular Dave Waycott and Rob Jones. We had a drain blockage recently and we were initially hesitant about phoning a rapid response company. When we phoned them the phone was answered very politely and we were looked after at every point. The engineers arrived in 28 minutes, fixed the problem, tidied up, and then left. We couldn't have been more satisfied with the service."

"I am writing this letter to tell of the excellent service I received from Thames Drains. I found the drains were overflowing into my cellar and got your number from a friend. I rang your company and spoke to Sarah who told me they would send someone out immediately. When they arrived they told me that my drains were blocked. After fixing the drain, he temporarily put a pipe for the water to evacuate outside of the drain while the cement was drying. He said he was going to come back in the morning to put the pipe back on, and he did.
