Thank you Thames Drains for installing my hot water tank and at the most awesomest price ever!

Imagine, I had to be living in my apartment and getting my shower from cold water for at least 3 months!!

With enough savings, I called up Thames Drains because my neighbor uses you guys and now I can shower in nice, warm comfort. I am so happy and I was just worried about the installation bills but to my surprise, I got quoted at a reasonable price compared to other services that I have used previously. "I had two plumbing problems-water dripping in my basement and the sink in the basement was clogged. Angeline a friend of mine recommended Thames Drains and they were not only fast to respond to my problems, the guys that came were pleasant and knew what they were doing. While fixing, they told me what was wrong and what could be done to fix it gave me the cost, after which I had to decide to go ahead with the fixing or not. With a price like that, how can I refuse?? Anyway, it turns out that the problem was a split water line from the icemaker in my fridge. I like the fact that they gave me options on fixing and suggested cheaper but worthwhile alternatives."

I should really thank Thames Drains for saving the day! I had an art gallery opening and it was my second gallery in a relatively unknown area so I just had to make it or break it.

Everything was going good except for one thing- the eve of the event, the pipes burst and the floor tiling for some reason cracked due to the pressure. My associate who lives in South London, where my gallery opening was based immediately called Thames Drain right at 8am in the morning of the eve and in just an hour, I get at least 5 crew members armed with plumbing tools ready to start work. They started at 10am and finished the job at 3am, working round the clock. "It is quite hard to find a plumbing service that is both professional and reasonable. I run an art studio and we need to reinstall our hot and cold water tanks. See the problem with this is that many of the companies we surveyed quoted us a very high pricing until we stumbled on Thames Drains, which was actually recommended by a friend who got his bathroom remodeled. For the service I received, I would gladly pay more. The people were professional, they were friendly, customer service was excellent and the end result of the installation took much less time than what I was previously quoted."
