"I had a good experience dealing with Thames Drains. First of all, their customer service is pretty good. I called the company and my call was immediately picked up by a pleasant operator and then after explaining my plumbing problems, I was requested to give my address and contact details and a plumber would be arriving in about less than 30 minutes to assess the situation. The guy that they sent wasn’t your typical gruffy grumpy plumber. Dave was pleasant and easy to deal with and as we went through the several problems I had, I knew that I was in good hands, or at least my plumbing system was in good hands. "Very prompt service and I am really glad I gave them a call. I used to call this other plumbing service each time I need some work done at home. I was getting food ready for a thanksgiving party when my plumbing in the kitchen sink started to get clogged and no matter how much we tried to pump it, the water still didn’t recede. "I had two plumbing problems-water dripping in my basement and the sink in the basement was clogged. Angeline a friend of mine recommended Thames Drains and they were not only fast to respond to my problems, the guys that came were pleasant and knew what they were doing. While fixing, they told me what was wrong and what could be done to fix it gave me the cost, after which I had to decide to go ahead with the fixing or not. With a price like that, how can I refuse?? Anyway, it turns out that the problem was a split water line from the icemaker in my fridge. I like the fact that they gave me options on fixing and suggested cheaper but worthwhile alternatives."

"If there is a company that you can count on in delivering fast and efficient service, it has to Thames Drains.

On 2 occasions that I needed them, though they already had other appointments, they always gave me solution to my plumbing woes. On both occasions, my restaurant had either a leaky taps or the dreaded clogged sink. And on both occasions, I sent them a text message after operating hours.

I would always get them right at my restaurant’s doorstep the very first thing within 30 minutes. Which isn’t too bad considering other companies that take really long hours just to reply your SOS.
