"What I really like about Thames Drains is their wonderful service. Job was done well, professionalism was obvious-the guys know their stuff and price was reasonable. But the cherry on top of the cake was the customer service provided. The plumbers who came were friendly, professional and efficient. They found out the cause of the problem and set to work immediately. After they left, I get a call from the company about an hour or so enquiring if the plumbing problem was fixed. That is definitely awesome! I don’t get calls from plumbing companies after they are done with the job. I will definitely use their services again."
