"I had two plumbing problems-water dripping in my basement and the sink in the basement was clogged. Angeline a friend of mine recommended Thames Drains and they were not only fast to respond to my problems, the guys that came were pleasant and knew what they were doing. While fixing, they told me what was wrong and what could be done to fix it gave me the cost, after which I had to decide to go ahead with the fixing or not. With a price like that, how can I refuse?? Anyway, it turns out that the problem was a split water line from the icemaker in my fridge. I like the fact that they gave me options on fixing and suggested cheaper but worthwhile alternatives."
