"I contacted a recommendation from a friend -Thames Drains. I called on a late Tuesday evening, I had a leak from the water softner. They came to my home within an hour. They first sent one guy to assess the situation and after a few hours, a team of 2 men came in to start work on my plumbing problem. I was impressed by both their professionalism, their upbeat personality (they didn’t seem like they were just doing something to make ends meet. It looked like they genuinely knew their stuff and genuinely passionate).

Pricing was fair and we went over several details on how to keep my plumbing in optimum condition, what to not do in your sink and what kinds of DIY tools/kit that I can use to fix small and minor plumbing problems.

"Definitely a great plumbing service. I live in a heritage building and we have loads of repair work to do to get the house running smoothly. Already we have roof leaking problems and then to top things off, our plumbing suddenly burst. We immediately called Thames Drains and they came in less than an hour which is great or else our house would be gone.
