I called the company and my call was immediately picked up by a pleasant operator and then after explaining my plumbing problems, I was requested to give my address and contact details and a plumber would be arriving in about less than 30 minutes to assess the situation. The guy that they sent wasn’t your typical gruffy grumpy plumber. Dave was pleasant and easy to deal with and as we went through the several problems I had, I knew that I was in good hands, or at least my plumbing system was in good hands.
